Business Owners will apply proven concepts to each of these critical components and leave with specific action plans to benefit their business. The program culminates with a two-hour one-on-one Strategic Business Review with the course presenter, Richard Barbercheck.  Richard is the Owner of Strategic Orientation, providing FocalPoint Business Coaching, Training, and Consulting to small and middle market businesses.
